Welcome to my Web site!
                                            Before                         After

 Hi my name is Markham..

I have set up this web site so that my friends and their friends and their friends can have a place  to advertise stuff they want to sell. As well as posting jobs that are available and services that one may have. It's also a means by which to organize parties and outings etc. Basically a networking information site. If you would like to join the mailing list, all you have to do is go to the feed back section and send me an email. Or you may email me directly on Da_organizer@hotmail.com

My heart attack and what happened
I woke up on Tuesday morning the 4th of November 2003 at about 3:30 am, with a burning sensation in my right chest. Got out of bed and sat outside for a while and the burning sensation went away ,so back to bed I went . Well 2 minutes later the burning sensation came back. So up I got and went back out side again, did this about 3 or 4 times.
Eventually the burning sensation started to move towards the middle of my chest. It actually felt like I'd been running a marathon, but all I was doing was sleeping. I woke my kid up told him to get dressed and called his mother to come pick him up. She actually offered to take me to the hospital. By the time I got to the hospital my chest was really hurting and I had tears in my eyes, I was in Pain. The doctors stabilized me and gave me all sorts of stuff. The pain lasted for about 2 more hours. So by 6:30 or so I was feeling comfortable thinking that I would be home in a couple of hours. YEA RIGHT!!!! that was only the beginning of my hospital stay. Over the next 3 days I would go through blood test more IV's and more IV's and injections etc. This was used to thin my blood so that another attack would not happen. A hot nurse came in and gave me a Sonar-gram(????spelling ??) but she was tight lipped wouldn't tell me anything. They then told me I would need a angiogram sort of  look at what's happening inside of my chest. But they couldn't do it at Las Colinas and had to transfer me to Medical City. When I arrived at Medical City there were all these hot nurses that couldn't leave me alone all they wanted was for me to keep on talking to hear the accent. I wasn't complaining. I was getting more phone calls than the ICU and they gave in and installed a phone for me. Said I'm the most popular guy they have ever had, and most lively, imagine that!!!!!!!. I guess it was due to all the hot nurses.......

Friday Morning at 11:30 they took me into the operating theater and started there stuff. and here is the result below. It appears to be the oxygen veins that supply oxygen to the heart. The doc told me I would have to be there till Sat, but they had enough of my phone calls and bum pinching that they let me go Friday evening. A Classic discharge out of the ICU. Apparently the first time they have ever done that. and the rest is history
